Click on Find Your ACE Score ….. (above link)

The form below on this page is used to determine a ACES score.  Knowing your student and understanding his or her trauma from childhood, just might change how children are disciplined or “handled” in schools.  It is time for the pendulum to swing from punitive to restorative intervention, maybe this tool is just what school districts might to change the paradigm models of detention, suspension, expulsions.  It also creates an opportunity for teachable moments for all adults to self-access and heal as well.

    Dear Dr. Boissiere Leach:

Thanks for creating this communication engine which is much more than a “blog”! This is a great collection of information about factors that directly impact students’ behavior and the response of our society plagued with hatred and institutionalized racism.

As an educator with expertise in college and university administration, I’ve met numerous students who present as emotionally fragile based on years of abusive experiences. I am intrigued by the increase in students diagnosed as ADD, ADHD and bipolar. May God continue to bless us in our efforts to help the next generation of leaders.

I look forward to learning more and I will definitely contribute to the discussion as time permits.

as I provide credit and sources back to your webpage? My blog site is in the exact

benefit from some of the information you provide here.
Please let me know if this ok with you. Appreciate it!
